HeyJackass! brings us the details on the Air Show Weekend.
According to the Chicago City Website...
Mayor Lori E. Lightfoot is pleased to announce new and reimagined air show events in August in place of this year's Chicago Air and Water Show.
HeyJackass! is not impressed.
The “reimagined” Air & Water Show is devoid of water, contains little air and lots of boring. Meanwhile, the Lead in the Air Show continues apace.
8 Nine people were killed in Chicago and another 42 were wounded between noon Friday, and 6 AM Monday. While those numbers are an improvement over 2020, they are worse than most totals in recent years.
