Two people decide to carjack an elderly black man in Chicago. It apparently isn't fair that he had a car and the 2 bad guys didn't, so they decided to redistribute the wealth.

Frank Harris was 17 when he allegedly committed the previous carjacking. He received a sentence of two years probation when he pleaded guilty on May 13, Assistant State’s Attorney James Murphy said.

Almost two months to the day after that, on July 14, Harris and a 17-year-old male allegedly tried to carjack Vietnam veteran Keith Cooper in a strip mall parking lot
