In short, every would-be home buyer is now effectively bidding against rental/investment companies, and more and m0re residents in suburban neighborhoods are not home owners, but tenants, because this bidding war has put the American Dream of home ownership out of reach.

While that is one conclusion there is more. Like the rental cartels will curtail your rights. Guns? Not allowed. Political signs? Not allowed. You will be woke, or homeless.

    I've noticed that some zip codes are not being targeted. It seems (to me) that the "good" neighborhoods and school districts are drawing the most interest.
