Floridians are almost as heavily armed as Texans. He apparently didn't think that would play a role in the outcome of the robbery.
Two guys were out walking their dog when Otis Brown Junior, the soon-to-be-dead-guy, tried to rob them.
One of them was shot in the shoulder.
The other was grazed by a bullet, and then pulled out a gun in self-defense, shooting the man.
Brown did not survive.
Self-defense is a human-right.
