Chicago enters Phase 5 this weekend which dictates some nonsense that says one can do some more stuff now that wasn’t allowed in Phase 4.568902 yet the shot clock will continue to tick lower regardless.

2020 weekend tally: 2 killed, 39 wounded

As for New York City... Two dead, 19 wounded in weekend of heavy gun violence in NYC.
NYC needs to make an effort if Chicago is going to be challenged.
The five boroughs have seen a year-long uptick in violent crime and shootings.
