On the morning of April 17, James Bain, 70, attempted to stab his 62-year-old neighbor with a knife before the man, who carried a firearm, shot him, police said.
Police initially arrested the shooter, but determined that he acted in self-defense and released him.
Self-defense is a human-right, and even in California, it may be your legal right.
I GUARANTEE that the man will NEVER see his firearm again.....in Kali they will destroy them at the first opportunity....if it doesn't get snagged by a cop to be used as a "throwdown".
