The victim said it all started when he heard someone knocking on his front door and heard someone say‚ ”It’s Hal, your neighbor.”
The report states when the victim opened the door the two male subjects pushed through the door with one of them grabbing the victim and slinging him across the room.
But he did not answer the door unprepared. When they threw him to the ground, he drew a pistol and fired four shots.
The 2 would-be bad-guys were picked up at a local hospital. Well, one of them is still hospitalized.
Charges will include first-degree burglary and third-degree assault and battery. Felony stupidity is sadly not something they can be charged with.
