An important (?) anniversary in Music. This song was a written by David Bowie, but turned from a folk song into a classic by Nile Rodgers, of Chic, who was also a producer for EMI. When the song was recorded for the album, it included the work of a then, little-known guitarist from Texas by the name of Stevie Ray Vaughan.
This is "Let's Dance" by David Bowie. It was the title song to his 1983 album. It was released as a single on March 14th of that year, one month before the album was released.
