store manager shot a man who allegedly charged at him with a knife at a store in downtown Kansas City, Missouri, on Sunday.
When officers arrived, they found Marcus Webb suffering from gunshot wounds. They had him taken to a local hospital, and then they took him to the local lockup.
So first he got shot, and then he was arrested. I'm guessing that is not how he planned his day.
The owner of the store showed officers surveillance video that confirmed the manager's account of the incident.
A customer who was inside the store with his 8-year-old son also spoke with police and said he saw the commotion unfold, including Webb jumping over the counter.
Self-defense is a human right. Good Guys 1, Bad Guys 0.
One has to wonder how many of these crime victims would have been railroaded into prison if there wasn't video proving their side of the story...
