Or maybe they're just jealous of freedom. New Orleans store clerk shoots and kills teenage robber who tried to ransack his store | Daily Mail Online
They can't even get the headline right. He was shot because he fired a gun, but then I don't expect journalists to get things right.
A 16-year-old and an 18-year-old decide to rob a store. They put a gun in the face of one clerk and start clearing out the register.
Officers noted in an affidavit obtained by Fox 8 Live that as Juarez was leaving the store, he fired his gun at the clerk.
And so another clerk (or maybe the store owner - it isn't clear) takes action.
At that point, the employee stands up and begins firing at the teen in camouflage, causing him to immediately fall to the ground as his friend fled the store.
The Brits at the Daily Mail seem confused by the statement the DA made.
Meanwhile, the store clerk has not been charged with any wrongdoing, as District Attorney Jason Williams noted to a local radio station that 'the rules change' when someone thinks their life may be in danger.
Self-defense is a human right, and this robbery didn't take place in the UK, where they won't admit that it is a human right. This incident took place in New Orleans.
