This is "Røttu Skógvarnir" by Eivør from her 2015 album Slør. The song title translates to "In My Shoes" and the album title translates as Veil.
Eivør is from the Faroe Islands, a grouping a islands roughly halfway between Norway and Iceland. If memory serves they are a part of Denmark. The language is Faroese.
