I don't understand how the Mayor of New York City can only just be discovering trash cans now, when noted NYC trash enthusiast Oscar the Grouch already had one 55 years ago.
everyone's laughing at this like "haha new york just discovered trash cans" but I'll have you know we've ALWAYS had trash cans we just decided it made more sense to take the garbage out of them and dump it directly on the sidewalk so now don't you all feel silly?????
