If you are asked to leave someone's home, you should leave. You should not assault them.
Watters was asked by the homeowner to leave several times but refused. Outside, the argument continued when Watters assaulted the homeowner, who shot Watters in self-defense.
He died while undergoing surgery for his gunshot wound.
The Sheriff's department does not anticipate charges against the homeowner, because this didn't happen in Connecticut, or New Jersey, or on the Island of Manhattan.
Self defense is a human right.
