He Was Warned the Homeowner Was Armed

He ignored that warning. Clovis police: Homeowner shoots intruder breaking into their home

Around 11:00 p.m. on December 4, a resident called 911 to report someone trying to break into their home.

Officers responded to the home on Rosa Boulevard. While officers were responding, the homeowner called 911 again and said the person tried to force their way into the home and they shot the intruder.

The guy who got shot was taken to a local hospital, and then transferred to a trauma center. He is listed as stable, but critical.

The investigation continues.

But that doesn't change the fact that self-defense is a human-right. As far as I can see, this is a case of Good Guys 1, Bad Guys 0.
