A North Side community group is calling for people to refrain from shooting guns in Chicago between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. to reduce the risk to people “not involved in high risk activities.”
This is neither the Babylon Bee, nor the Onion. It is just that the Progressives in the Progressive Utopia of the Blue Cities don't have any other ideas except to plead with the bad guys, "Can you please not kill us?"
I can't wait to see how this works out. Civilization was nice while it lasted.
