Anti-Cop Bias in the Courts of New York

Is anyone surprised? And MAYBE some anti-Christian bias as well. Judge questions if cops can be Christian because they 'kill'

The judge, Associate Justice Troy K Webber, apparently thinks cops are murderers, not keepers of the peace. Somehow I don't think she is a Trump supporter.

“What this judge said is reprehensible – does being a cop conflict with Christian values?” tweeted Councilwoman Joann Ariola (R-Queens). “Police are not on the streets looking to commit mass murder, they are there to stop criminals and protect the innocent. This kind of anti-cop rhetoric has no place in court.”

Musician Cely Batista, who posted video of the exchange on Twitter, called the remarks “biased” “to those of Faith & those who serve.”

Such is the state of "Criminal Justice" in New York.

Some of the comments are illuminating. Here is one.

It actually says, "thou shall not commit murder." There's a huge difference between killing in self defense/defense of others and murder. As a judge she should know this, as in law there's a difference between murder and self defense and even different degrees of murder. So the Bible and US legal codes both see them as 2 different things.

Not being a biblical scholar I won't debate if that is actually true, though it is clear that self-defense, defense of family, and defense of country have been viewed as right and just throughout time. Something apparently lost on The Left, or at least on Troy K Webber.

What I will debate is whether or not Troy K Webber should be the judge in any case where police are involved, because she clearly cannot be unbiased.
