Life will be much better (and maybe longer) if you can just move on. Florida woman turns tables on armed ex who showed up to apartment, kills him with one shot
Investigators say [James Young, Jr., 40,] had "a prior domestic relationship" with the unidentified woman living in the home, and traveled to the duplex armed with a gun to "confront" the woman.
She shot him dead instead. So I guess you can file this under, "He suffered a failure of the victim-selection process."
No charges have been filed, because Florida is not New York City, though the investigation continues.
Self-defense is a human-right.
The investigation continues? Why? Is that how they justify their budget and the demand for a certain number of detectives? What is the idea that she may have committed a crime based on? Did she call him and ask him over? Did she remind him to come armed,so she could shoot him and claim self defense?
ReplyDeleteIn what world does this need to be investigated?
This is "cop speak" for we haven't turned our reports over the DA. Usually in response to a question about "what charges will be filed?" Reporters apparently don't know that cops don't file charges.
