If a Tree Falls...

In the back of my property, and didn't hear it (or know about it), do I still have to cut it up and haul it away?

At least it didn't fall on the barn. It fell behind the barn.

    Fun fact! In Texas, if a dead tree falls and crushes your house or barn, IDK about the car with full coverage, but insurance won't fix the house. You are supposed to maintain your property.
