A young Memphis women was grabbed by two men during an apparent kidnapping before an armed Good Samaritan jumped in and rescued the terrified victim.
The attempted adduction took place Friday night around 8pm in the parking lot of an upscale shopping center at the Shops of Saddle Creek located on West Farmington Boulevard in Memphis.
The "upscale shopping center" quote will be important in a minute.
The reason I am quoting from The Daily Mail, is because the Memphis Fox Station didn't mention that the good Samaritan was armed. As Colion Noir stated, they went out of their way to avoid mentioning that. Why would that be?
As for the upscale nature of the venue, neighbors were shocked, because they thought that crime only happened to "other kinds of people" in "other kinds of places." They don't seem to realize that you are not protected by your zip-code. If you can read this, then you live in The Real World™ where crime can, and all too often does, happen.

In the meantime, self-defense, and the defense of others, is a human-right.
