I suppose that the gun-hating part of the Left would say that she should make tea, or something. 29-year-old ID’d as suspected intruder fatally shot during west Birmingham home invasion
This all took place at 12:45 AM Tuesday.
The homeowner told police the intruder was trying to crawl through the window of her house. She grabbed her gun and fired a couple of shots, striking the burglary suspect once in the chest.
He ran a block to a gas station, and collapsed. A store employee called 911, and he was taken to a local hospital where he was declared dead shortly after 2 AM.
Cops don't make determinations about charges, but have apparently not arrested the homeowner. The reports will be turned over to the district attorney.
Self-defense is a human-right, and Alabama has a history of treating it as a legal right.
At least she didn't have to find out what his intentions were! People need to LEARN - it's NOT OK to go crawling into a window in a person's home! If more people were treated like this and the only scars left on homeowners were the emotional scars left by taking a life, our Nation would be much better off! Also, if people were PROSECUTED to the full extent of the LAW then this crap might slow down!
