Dwayne McPherson, 33, of Brooklyn, has been arrested. Do we expect him to spend any time in jail? I don't; not until he actually kills someone.
A 66-year-old man was punched in the face by a stranger in an unprovoked attack near Columbus Circle on Sunday morning — at least the second time the suspect randomly assaulted a passer-by, cops said.
He basically did the same thing to someone 2 years ago.
McPherson has three prior unsealed arrests, including one from Nov. 2, 2020, when he allegedly hit a 62-year-old man in the face in an unprovoked attack in Queens, police sources said.
So 2 years ago, in November... I doubt that he has had his day in court, though maybe he took a plea deal. However things worked out, if there has been any punishment at all, he hasn't changed his behavior.
