Employers have started to look at training on the job as a better measure of skills than a college degree, according to one career expert.
Ken Coleman ..., a career coach and podcaster with Ramsey Solutions, told The College Fix recently that he expects the number of job listings that require a college degree to continue to decline.
They don't even teach college students how to read critically anymore, or think for themselves. Everything is just one-sided. My first year of college we read Marx, and Adam Smith. And more. And that year my declared major was in the hard sciences. Now they would drop Smith and Free Enterprise ("Capitalism" is a word coined by Marx and Engels) and just teach Communism. Without teaching the history of Communism in Russia, China, Cambodia, Cuba, etc. The Great Leap Forward? The Cultural Revolution? The Holodomor? The wholesale murder of people by their own governments is ignored by the Left. I wonder why that is.
“On-the-job training is replacing the college diploma,” Coleman told The Fix through a spokesperson. “To put it simply, the ‘knowledge’ that comes with a degree isn’t relevant to the job.”
Or as Captain Capitalism says, those degrees are worthless.
Some degrees will remain. But colleges as 4-year stays at a luxury spa will fade away. They make no economic sense.

The great enemy of Communism isn't "Capitalism", it's people who want to make their own economic decisions.
