ReplyDeleteThat was the reason given by a lone federal judge in response to a lawsuit he summarily ruled against for the post Sandy Hook gun control in Kommiecticut. The case was petitioned up to SCOTUS, but withdrawn with the death of Antonin Scalia so it could be brought again once there were 9 justices.
