A Public Information Officer with Montgomery County Police Department told WUSA9 that the homeowner told them he heard sounds in his home and went to investigate. They said the homeowner was on the phone with dispatchers when several rounds were heard fired through the phone.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found an adult man dead inside one of the rooms in the home.
Officers took the homeowner in for questioning as part of the investigation. Which I find odd, but it is Maryland and not Texas.
I do hope the home owner politely but firmly refused to answer any questions without adequate legal counsel. Eastern states have an odd view of who the victim is in these matters.

ReplyDeleteI agree with the East Coast Ginger. We are "protected" by a Soros Prosecutor who will assume that whatever happened is "your fault'. "He wern't doin' nuffin" and you will go bankrupt defending your defense of self and family. Winning (or surviving) the gun fight is just the beginning of the "test. Let a lawyer do the talkin'. "Bankrupt" is the best outcome that you can hope for, especially if the "invader" has dark skin. You ain't gunna talk your way out of this one. The more words that you shed, the more they will have to twist and distort.
