Police say a 40-year-old homeowner shot the intruder after he came into the home and tried to assault him.
The prosecutor's office declined to file charges citing self-defense, which is a Human-right.
Self Defense is indeed a Human-Right. The involvement of Saint Louis City, however, is avoided. Walnut Park East is an African American neighborhood. The perp lived in fringe University City, basically Wellston, also an A-A neighborhood. The City don't care about "them people". If the homeowner was "White" or "White-Adjacent", the City would have not been so easy going. RACISS, don't you see. Ask the McCloskys how things work "downtown".
