And this was yet another failure of the victim-selection process. City of Washington shooting was self-defense, DA says
A landlord was in his vehicle. A tenant, tried to get into the vehicle during a struggle. Things did not go well for the tenant.
[District Attorney Jason] Walsh said witness reports indicated that Williams was trying to enter the man's vehicle, and that the shooter was inside the car when he fired.
This event took place on September 1st, so DA Walsh has made this determination in short order. Some prosecutors would take months to admit that self-defense is legal. So hats off to Jason Walsh.
Self-defense is also a human-right.
