If they encourage you to break into the home of armed homeowners. Green Bay homeowner shoots would-be invader, man taken to hospital | WFRV
He tried and failed to break into one home. While police were responding to that 911 call, they got a second call about a shooting.
The suspect broke into a duplex’s back door, and the resident confronted him with a handgun. Authorities say the suspect was aggressively approaching him and tried to grab the gun out of the resident’s hand when he then fired one round. The suspect was hit in the leg.
And yes, cops do suspect that he was under the influence of drugs when all this occurred.
The guy-who-got-shot is expected to live to face charges.
Self-defense is a human-right. Good Guys 1, Bad Guys 0.
Suspected? Don't the cops do drug testing?
ReplyDeleteThe results of a drug test... the guy was taken to the hospital bleeding from a gunshot wound... either weren't available, or weren't released to the press.
DeleteThere is a prosecution to be done. Assuming that the DA doesn't kick the case out the window.
