But then we knew that. Critics blast Gov. Andrew Cuomo's farewell speech
Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s self-pitying farewell address on Monday led critics to blast him as a “classic narcissist” and wannabe “martyr” who blamed everyone but himself for the sexual harassment scandal that forced him to resign in disgrace.
A few days back there was a story about how he was worried about his "political future." I think this speech killed any hope of that.
Then there was the story about his daughter using a police SUV to move out of the governor's mansion last week. Which is a violation of something about "state funds" and "private business."
He really is that tone deaf.
I'm almost surprised we didn't get the "you won't have Andrew Cuomo to kick around anymore," speech. He had issued his "I am not a crook" statement.
Still, maybe some good will come of it. At least he won't be on the news every other day. At least until he get's that contract with CNN.
Not to worry. I am sure that the "deal" includes a "soft landing". He has plenty of ego to spare.
