Self-defense in San Francisco

He probably didn't expect anyone to be armed. It surprised me. S.F. burglar surprised by gun-toting resident, who held him at gunpoint until police arrived

Police said Danny Babineaux, 37, climbed through the kitchen window of an apartment on the 1600 block of Folsom Street belonging to a 66-year-old man, who heard noises and went to investigate. When the victim saw Babineaux, he grabbed a handgun and opened fire — but none of the bullets struck the intruder, police said.

With the cost of ammo, I haven't been to the range much either. Need to correct that. Practice makes perfect. Or better.

The guy ran, but stopped when told to stop. The resident of the apartment held him until police arrived.

Cops did arrive, and they arrested the bad guy.

Self-defense is a human-right.

  1. Just because the cops didn't arrest him doesn't mean the commie DA won't drum up charges against him.
