They had broken up some months ago, and had not spoken for sometime. He was not expecting her. She crawled in through a window.
“The resident entered the room, which was dark at the time, and saw a shadowy figure of a person. He perceived a threat and fired at least three times, striking Ms. Hu,” police said in a statement Friday. Police said Hu entered through a window in the side yard.
He called 911 as soon as he saw who it was. She died at the scene.
The homeowner has not been charged.
Self-defense is a human-right.
You can bet she wasn't there to do his dishes or make him a sandwich........
