It started with him damaging her car, and then breaking into her apartment.
Investigators say the 21-year-old suspect drove away from the scene after being shot in the leg.
However, Pittsburgh Police officers quickly caught up with him on Watson Street. He was taken to a local hospital where he is listed in fair condition.
But she wasn't in the apartment alone, and her houseguest shot the ex-boyfriend in the leg. He is lucky he didn't get shot in the head.
No charges had been filed when the story was published, but the police are working the the prosecutors. Or as they say, "The investigation continues."
