Everything is downstream from immigration. California used to be a state where Republicans were very competitive, mass immigration (treasonously supported by the Republican Party) put an end to that. California is a bellwether state, there's no political chance that mass immigration can even be slowed, much less ended - no one in public life dares even to suggest it - so yes, every other state will end up like California or worse. Demographics is destiny.
