No criminal charges will be filed in a November shooting in Birmingham that left two people dead.
The suspect who initiated the dispute, police said Monday, was killed in the shooting. The man who shot him did so in self-defense.
The incident took place on November 10th. To make that determination in that amount of time during the holidays is operating at warp speed, compared to most District Attorney’s office bureaucracies.
Self-defense is a human-right.
