[Florida Man] was arrested Wednesday on felony charges of battery on an officer, resisting an officer with violence and depriving an officer of means of protection or communication, and a misdemeanor charge of resisting an officer without violence, according to Hillsborough County online booking records.
According to a Florida Highway Patrol news release, [He] also faces charges of throwing a deadly missile from a vehicle, possession of marijuana, controlled substances and drug paraphernalia, the Tampa Bay Times reported.
Can't blame this on the water; it must be due to the drugs.
