It appears that self-defense is legal in Missouri. Police: Man shot, killed in self-defense in Pike County
Louisiana, Missouri is a small town, about a 90 minute drive north of St. Louis.
A 53 year old man broke into a home and encountered a 24 year old. The 53 year old was shot and killed.
According to police, early investigations are showing that the shooting happened in self-defense and is believed to be an isolated incident.
This is an active investigation.
Self-defense is a human right.
