Two women had restraining orders against this guy. He still broke into where they were living at 7 AM, proving once again that a restraining order is just a piece of paper.
Investigators say one of the women suffered a minor knife wound, but both managed to escape and barricaded themselves in another room of the home.
Police add that the uninjured woman then retrieved a gun and shot the intruder, killing him.
Since this happened in Mississippi, and not in New Jersey, I believe there won't be any charges. Maybe even New Jersey would recognize that this was a clear case of self-defense.
People need to understand the phrase "It's over." They also seem to have trouble with "Get lost!"
Self-defense is a human right, and while I sometimes believe that things could have ended differently, this guy made his choices, and he got the expected result. Not that he expected it. (Hat tip to Breitbart)
We had a woman shot in a bar last week. Was there with her new BF when the estranged husband came in and she was DRT. Lots of complaints that the EPO did nothing to protect her.
