Yet another song courtesy of 93 WXRT (Chicago's Finest Rock) and Saturday Morning Flashback. On Saturday the first of June they were revisiting 1999, which despite what a lot of boomers think produced a fair amount of good music. And a couple of good movies - like The Matrix.
I'm sorry to break it to you, but the 200 songs that were popular when you were in high school are NOT the greatest songs of all time. One or two may qualify, but only if you limit yourself to whatever genre you listened to at the time.
This is "Brand New Day" by Sting. It was the title song to his 1999 album.
