Monochrome

I'm never sure how I feel about BABYMETAL. They are a Kawaii Metal band. Kawaii Metal is sort of a mixture of J-Pop and Metal. It has everything that makes it good on a Monday Afternoon.

This is "Monochrome" by BABYMETAL. It was released as a single in late 2022 from their early 2023 album The Other One.

    First time I've listened to anything matching the description "sort of a mixture of J-Pop and Metal." It was interesting. Didn't feel anything pushing me to press the STOP button.

      Music out of Japan tends to be technically excellent. There are a couple of Metal bands that cross my playlists from time to time. I don't think I have any of it in playlists I curate myself.
